Pave me a path!

Mission and Vision

Pathways Private School provides high-quality education that meets each child’s social, emotional, and academic needs, while forming relationships with parents and the community to foster the development of lifelong learning, leadership skills, and compassion. Pathways Private School provides guidance along each child’s individual pathway in life, and the tools each child needs to create their own pathways.

Paving paths. Changing lives.

Pathways Private School believes each student is unique and has their own way of learning and their own pace in which to do so. At Pathways, we meet with parents consistently to come up with a customized educational plan for each child. We devise plans together, forming an educational team for each student. These plans set goals for each child’s social-emotional and academic development. We encourage our students to provide positive services to their community and develop the desire for lifelong learning.

As Pathways Private School grows, we still want to maintain small class sizes with no more than 10 students per teacher. In Texas, schools may become accredited after one year and Pathways plans to do just that in a new location within the next year or two. As Pathways grows, we also plan to employ experienced teachers who share the mission and vision of the school.

Pathways is a private nonprofit home school located in Kipling Oaks neighborhood in Pinehurst, TX. We offer a traditional differentiated customized educational plan for your child and are accepting enrollment for the 2021-2022, and 2022-2023 school year.

Mrs. Kiley Fisher (Founder)

Teaching is my calling. I have known since I was three years old that I wanted to be a teacher. I have lived in this area for 30 years and graduated from Cypress Creek High School. I attended Stephen F. Austin University and graduated with my bachelors degree in education with a specific focus on early childhood reading and literacy. Shortly after, I traveled overseas to Prague to study ESL during which time I earned an international teaching certificate in TESOL and TEFL. In 2019, I earned my Master of Science in teacher leadership from Walden University, and I am currently enrolled at NCU pursuing my EdD. I am deeply passionate about my work and love every child like my own. I believe it is my obligation to ensure that parents become part of the educational team in their child's life. I encourage this by getting to know parents, students, and listening to each one's individual needs as we decide together what is best for each child.
